SC MEGASOFT SYSTEMS SRL is a Romanian legal entity, whose main activity is the distribution/commercialization/maintenance and servicing of medical materials and equipment.
SC MEGASOFT SYSTEMS SRL respects the confidentiality of all our clients and will treat/process personal data with care, under technical and organizational conditions of adequate security.
This policy, which may change at a later date, details our commitment to protect the privacy of people who visit our sites ("Site Visitors" on the mssys.ro site), who register to use our products and services that we sell (available on the website www.mssys.ro ), or who participate or register to participate in sponsored events or other events in which SC MEGASOFT SYSTEMS SRL participates. The subject of this Privacy Policy is the data we collect through the mssys.ro website, as well as the data that comes from other collection or processing practices, including, but not limited to, information we collect offline or through the normal process of providing services. MEGASOFT SYSTEMS can modify this Privacy Policy at any time.
2.0 The information you provide to MEGASOFT SYSTEMS
We will use the information we collect for the following purposes:
- to register on the MSSYS website;

- to offer personalized products and services, based on previous activities within our services, with your separate consent, if necessary;

2.1 How your data are processed
i. In order to fulfill the legal obligations , for the following purposes:
a) fraud prevention by analyzing/verifying the authenticity of the identity document presented by you, for the execution and improvement of the services offered by you, by taking over in the MSSYS record information system, according to the administrative and legal requirements, applicable in the matter;
b) compliance with applicable legal rules, reporting of transactions according to applicable legislation, administration of conflicts of interest, management of controls from the authorities regarding the relationship with clients;
c) administrative - financial management;
d) keeping/storing (prior to archiving) and archiving according to the legal provisions of the contractual documentation (including ensuring operations related to these activities) and/or of documents containing personal data;
f) managing relations with public authorities or with other persons who provide a public service;
ii. In order to conclude and execute contracts , for the following purposes:
a) the development of any legal relations resulting from the contracts concluded between Halmadent and you or the company you represent;
b) fulfilling the obligations assumed by MEGASOFT SYSTEMS contractual partners (natural persons);
c) concluding and executing employment contracts;
iii. In order to fulfill the legitimate interests of MEGASOFT SYSTEMS in the context of the development of its object of activity , for the following purposes:
a) improving the services and product offers provided by improving internal policies and procedures;
b) simple marketing, PR and communication purposes, conducting surveys regarding the services provided, the activity of MEGASOFT SYSTEMS and third party contractual partners;
d) handling complaints received from you; creating a profile in order to present the most suitable products/services;
f) ascertaining, exercising or defending certain rights of MEGASOFT SYSTEMS in court, as well as establishing evidence in this sense;
g) recruitment purposes and human resources regarding Halmadent candidates and employees; the granting of benefits to the persons concerned;

We will retain your personal data only for a period necessary for the purpose for which they were collected. This means that your data will be destroyed or removed from our systems when they are no longer needed.
