Delivery of products

The delivery of the products is made according to the availability of the product, the method chosen and the type of product. This will be established by mutual agreement following the order confirmation phone call. The delivery of the products that require installation will be made by a SC MEGASOFT SYSTEMS SRL representative and will be included in the installation work.

The prices of the products displayed on the website are expressed in Lei and include VAT. Prices in Euros will be calculated at the Lei/Euro selling rate communicated by Banca Transilvania on the day the invoice is issued.

Products that do not require installation by a MEGASOFT SYSTEMS representative are delivered by fast courier, anywhere in Romania. For orders whose value exceeds 15,000 lei, delivery is free, and for orders whose value is below 1,500 lei, an additional delivery cost of 25 lei/order is applied. Additional delivery cost may vary depending on weight and delivery location.

The delivery time is usually 3 working days, but the actual time will be communicated when the order is confirmed.

The payment of the products is made by the method chosen when placing the order: payment by direct bank transfer, online payment by card or cash on delivery payment, upon delivery of the parcel by the courier.

Upon delivery, the products will be accompanied by: original invoice, receipt if applicable, warranty certificate, prospectus.

IMPORTANT: when receiving the package, we recommend that you check the integrity of the package and its contents together with the courier. We ship products in the best possible condition, but it is possible that they may be damaged during transit. If there are damaged products, please specify the observed non-conformities on the delivery documents together with the representative of the courier and keep a copy signed by him to help us remedy the situation later.

The maximum value of www.mssys.ro's obligations towards any customer, in case of non-delivery or improper delivery of the ordered products, is the amount collected by www.mssys.ro from this customer.

Product warranty

The products bought on www.mssys.ro they are new, in original packaging and benefit from a guarantee in accordance with the legal provisions in force, with the commercial policies of the manufacturers and of MEGASOFT SYSTEMS. The warranty period starts from the moment of invoicing the products. Depending on the product, the warranty is also specified on the website. We also guarantee the integrity of the products at the time they are delivered to you. For any notification or complaint, please contact us as soon as possible.
